CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be permitted at the technician’s discretion. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit in order to rebook. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They will be forfeited in the event of a late arrival or no-show. Clients are respectfully asked to cancel appointments as early as possible. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows impact not only your appointment, but all clients scheduled thereafter. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Situations such as sudden illness, family emergencies, or vehicle issues are considered unavoidable and will always be handled with discretion. However, late fees, deposits, or booking restrictions may be applied in cases of repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or situations where sufficient notice could reasonably have been provided (such as double-booking or non-emergency scheduling conflicts). Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for all clients. If you need to cancel online due to an emergency, please send me a text as well so I can review the situation and waive any applicable fees when appropriate.
